The MFM ShingleStarter is a 50 mil self-adhering starter course for asphalt shingle roofs that eliminates the need to cut shingle tabs. Fast and easy installation along the roof edge. Helps prevent damage from ice dams and comes with a sealing strip to also prevent wind uplift at the roof edge. This black sanded surface underlayment adheres directly to the roof deck. MFM ShingleStarter may be left exposed for up to 30 days.
