The RhinoRoof Synthetic 15 pounds Felt Roofing Underlayment is a revolutionary new synthetic roofing underlayment designed specifically for use under asphalt shingle roofing. It is available in the 10 year warranty felt and a 20 year warranty felt option. This 100 percent synthetic underlayment can be used in extremely low temperatures without becoming stiff and difficult to unroll. It also does not dry out, crack, or leach oils in the heat like felt. RhinoRoof is a 15 lb. felt and will not absorb water or wrinkle like felt. It lays flat and will remain 100% impervious to mold. This underlayment continues to offer superior wind resistance and durability through heavy roof traffic and adverse weather conditions. RhinoRoof can also be used in conjunction with Titanium PSU30 self-adhered underlayments for ice damming protection along the eaves and in the valley areas. RhinoRoof is designed for use under; asphalt or synthetic shingles, metal in residential applications, and cedar shakes that have been primed. Deck surface should be free of debris, dry and moisture free and RhinoRoof must be covered by primary roofing within 60 days of application.
